Born in Ortona, Italy, Giacomo Di Tollo obtained his Diploma with honors from the Pescara Conservatory. He then studied chamber music at the well-known Accademia Pianistica “Incontri col Maestro” in Imola, Italy with Piernarciso Masi, pianoforte with Leslie Howard in London, Luciano Cerroni in Roma, Italy and Sebastien Risler in Geneve.
He has performed as a soloist as well as duet in various concerts arranged in Italy, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Luxembourg, Belgium, Poland, France and Germany.
He collaborated with the ‘Tosti Ensemble’ at the National Tosti Institute with Spanish tenor Joaquin Pixan, as well as the M&M Orchestra and the Bacau Philarmonia Orchestra in Romania. He was the recipient of the prestigious “Logos Honorary Award” in 2010. The movie “Swarmanoid”, includes a soundtrack he has writte n, which also received the AAAI Best Video Award.
He has been traveling Europe with a Schoenhut Piano since 2008.
